Return Policy
I strive to offer a smooth experience and the highest level of customer service throughout your entire process of your purchase with The CaliCo Cave. With that in mind, we have set guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to cali@thecalicocave.com if you have any questions regarding shipping and returns.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email with the status of your order as items are shipped.
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, your item would not be eligible for return.
Returns
Returns may be sent back to 1801 E. River Road, Baxley, GA, 31513 within 14 days of the date the item is received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. still attached. Any returns sent back with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, or smoke scent will be refused for return.
I will provide store credit via gift card to your email, as soon as we process your return.
Non-returnable items: earrings, candles, cups
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the return and exchanges slip included in your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be rejected.
If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying return shipping. Sorry!
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If the sale item is damaged when it is received, please notify me upon receiving the item at cali@thecalicocave.com.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@thecalicocave.com and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise are not qualified as damaged.
Shipping
To return your product, mail to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The CaliCo Cave will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
